Came in Bournemouth to relax and have fun, this low cost hotel was good choice for doing it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV were a nice touch. I enjoyed well presented food.

The room was spacious and had a cozy seating area. The staff were super friendly and. Breakfast featured quality ingredients with good options, and I especially enjoyed the fresh cheese bread. The location is great, within walking distance of the beach and near a bus stop, made getting around easy. The WiFi connection was spotty at times, a bit frustrating. A few things in the room, like the pillows, were quite flat for my liking, and the temperature control in the room could be improved as it was a bit warm without air conditioning. I also noticed the decor seemed dated and could use an update. Still, the warm atmosphere and charm of the hotel made my mini-break lovely.
